Now that you are born-again...there are some basic truths you need to know that will make Christian life so real to you, as to see changes in your life and experience unusual result.
YOU ARE A NEW CREATION....
Therefore if any man be in CHRIST he is a new creature, old thing are past away; all things are become new." ( 2Cor .5:7)
Know that because you are now born-again, you are a brand new person. So old things about you are past way and now all things have become new. That is to say for example, that person who use to smoke, drink, fornicate or tell lies is now dead and gone. God sees you as a brand new person. please see yourself as the same too.
And you, being dead in sins and the circumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses." (Colossians2:13)
It is important for you to know that with the blood of Jesus your sins are forgiven. You are thoroughly made clean and perfect. the nature of sin you were born with has been destroyed. When God looks at you now, he sees you the way he sees JESUS. In that place of your sins God has given you his own righteousness to put on like a cloak. Not because you merit it or because you work for it but because he love you.(John3:16)
So when the devil comes to remind you of your past, tell him get lost! God has justified you. Satan cannot condemn you(Romans8:1)
EVERY CURSE IS LIFTED!
Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us for it is written, cursed is everyone that hangeht on a tree."(Galatians3:13)
Blotting out the handwriting of ordinance that was again u, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross.(Colossians 2:14). You are now free from every curse of porvaty, failure, barrenness,sickness, etc. You are free from all family curses and afflictions. Not only that, no one can place a curse on you. Now who can beat that?
